![]() So if you hit play and have a good vocal, you're done. When you have multiple sets of tracks loaded in Audacity, hitting Play combines them all and plays them together. Then, on the same set of tracks use Effects->Invert. One one copy of the tracks, use Effects->Vocal Remover. Load the audo and use Edit->Duplicate to create the second copy. If you want to try the first method, you can download Audacity (if you don't already have it). But this is not an automated process and the programs do have a learning curve. These are audio spectrum editors, You can isolate the vocal from the music and with a bit of effort can get a really clean vocal. The only other way would be to use something like Sony SpectraLayers or Izope RX5. But in reality, this doesn't work as there's usually so much music in the center that adding the two clips at the end only reduces the music, not remove it. This will remove the music and leave the vocals. Ideally if you have a stereo clip then you can try and do a vocal remover to take out the sound bite, invert the result, and then add it back to the original audio.
